By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and, if you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into these Terms.
Privacy Blu is a visual privacy tool designed to locally blur sensitive information on your screen. While we strive for high accuracy, the extension relies on HTML/CSS manipulation. You are ultimately responsible for verifying that sensitive data is hidden before sharing your screen.
Privacy Blu, its code, and branding are owned by us. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the source code or your license key.
The Service is provided "AS IS". Under no circumstances shall Privacy Blu be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and not in a class action.
